YOUR INTIMATE MIND

We tend to look outside ourselves when we want to improve our intimate lives – maybe buying new products, investigating new interests, booking a weekend away, or watching movies. Those can all be great fun! But looking inward and understanding what’s going on inside our own minds is a crucial starting point, especially if we haven’t done so before – and a great regular practice.

We and our partners are largely operating under a web of limiting ‘rules’ and beliefs about intimacy and receiving constant false messages from mainstream culture. This workshop offers the opportunity to start to unpick that web and get in touch with what you truly want and need.

In this workshop, Ruth will help you reclaim your personal sovereignty (power and authority); create your pleasure mindset; understand the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back; liberate your fantasies and more.

About Ruth Ramsay

Ruth has helped hundreds of adults directly – and many more through her TEDx talk and social media – to create the intimate lives of their dreams. Her 2023 TEDx talk ‘Revamp Your Intimate Life In Six Minutes’ has over 2.3 million views and she regularly appears in the press as an intimacy expert.

​Her life’s purpose is the recognition of intimate energy as a force for good, rather than one of shame. She started out down this path as a performer, active for over a decade. She also ran events; taught performance art; wrote about intimacy; and helped set up the first union for adult workers in the UK. Ruth is an award-winning activist, believing that education, recognition, and respect as an intimate being is a human right.

Now she combines this passion and vast life experience with a coaching diploma [recognized by the International Coaching Federation]. She supports coaching clients in understanding intimacy, desire, and their bodies; who they are intimately; what they need for epic pleasure; and how to communicate this to partners.
